Other Insurance Providers and Self-Pay

 I offer self-pay doula and lactation services. Lactation visits may be insurance reimbursable. If your insurance is out-of-network upon verification, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider. Some families have had success in requesting a gap exemption with their insurance provider to guarantee reimbursement if their insurance plan does not have an option for an in-network IBCLC Lactation Consultant.
