My postpartum home visits are lovingly designed to nurture your physical and emotional wellness. I am dedicated to holding space for you while you lean into this transition, ensuring that you feel completely supported along the way.

 I am also passionate about helping you navigate the medical system. With my background as a registered nurse, I’m able to explain your options clearly and guide you toward the right support. Whether you’re looking for a therapist, lactation specialist, or pelvic floor PT, I’ll walk you through your options and help you get connected with the right care. 

Postpartum care can include:

• Preparation for the postpartum period 
• Birth reflection 
• An opportunity to rest
• Emotional support and mental health check-ins
• Healing comfort measures after birth
• Breastfeeding support
• Newborn care support
• Sibling support and family integration
• Nourishment for postpartum recovery
• Light household cleaning
• Companion support during medical or personal appointments 
• Referrals to local resources and providers as needed
• Assistance with coordinating contact and appointments with referrals

Your care will be uniquely tailored to your postpartum experience.

Postpartum Light includes 15 hours of in-person support | $800

Postpartum Comfort includes 30 hours of in-person support | $1,500

Additional hours in 3 hour increments | $135
