My postpartum home visits are lovingly designed to nurture your physical and emotional wellness. I am dedicated to holding space for you while you lean into this transition, ensuring that you feel completely supported along the way.

Postpartum care can include:

• Preparation for the postpartum period 
• Birth reflection 
• Emotional support, encouragement and mental health check-ins
• Healing comfort measures after birth
• Breastfeeding support
• Newborn care support
• Sibling support
• Nourishment for postpartum recovery
• Light household cleaning
• Companion support during medical or personal appointments 
• Referrals to local resources and providers as needed

Your care will be uniquely tailored to your postpartum experience.

Postpartum Light includes 15 hours of in-person support | $700

Postpartum Comfort includes 30 hours of in-person support | $1,300

Additional hours in 3 hour increments | $120

To be redeemed in 3+ hour increments.
