Breastfeeding Support

Your feeding journey deserves compassionate, evidence-based, and nonjudgmental care. I respect all feeding goals and am passionate about supporting you in finding what feels sustainable, nourishing, and aligned with your family’s needs. Lactation wellness visits may include:

• Assistance with positioning and latch 
• Support with milk supply concerns 
• Nipple pain and comfort support 
• Guidance with pumping, bottle feeding, and milk storage 
• Support with combination feeding and feeding transitions 
• Education on newborn feeding cues and normal infant behavior
• Partner and family education surrounding infant feeding 
• Referrals to additional lactation or medical support as needed
• Prenatal breastfeeding education and preparation 
• In-home or virtual support sessions
