Safety Philosophy

 My infant care services offer gentle, short-term support during the early months as you adjust to life with your newborn. Whether you need a moment to rest, attend an appointment, spend time with older children, or simply step out of the home without worry, I provide nurturing and loving care for your baby so you can move through your day with more ease.

Infant care can include: 

• Maintaining a calm, steady presence to help keep your baby regulated
• Responding sensitively to your baby’s cues
• Soothing any discomfort
• Bringing baby to you for breastfeeding 
• Bottle-feeding 
• Safe sleep during naps
• Light newborn-related tasks (bottle cleaning, tidying the nursery)
• Sibling care with a focus on family integration
• Following established routines and feeding plans 

3-hour infant care session: $150

Night nurse infant care (8 hours overnight): $450

 Daytime infant care is included as a service option within all postpartum doula packages, and hours may be used toward infant care as needed. For families who are not enrolled in a postpartum package, infant care is also available as a standalone service.
