The heart of my work is centered in the belief that well-supported mothers are the cornerstones of healthy communities.
My journey in maternal-child wellness advocacy began in a public health clinic, where I observed the positive relationship between social support and health outcomes amongst new families. This experience inspired me to pursue more relationship-centered work with a special focus on the postpartum period.
My practice integrates evidence-based care with warm emotional attunement that is responsive to each family’s unique ecosystem. Maternal recovery and helping families confidently care for their child is my priority.
I lovingly acknowledge all birth and postpartum experiences from joyful, to tender, to complex. It is an honor to warmly support you throughout your unique journey.
