The heart of my work is centered in the belief that well-supported mothers are the cornerstones of healthy communities.
My journey in maternal-child wellness advocacy began with my career in public health, where I observed the positive relationship between social support and family health outcomes. I was inspired pursue relationship-centered community work with a special focus on the postpartum period.
My practice integrates evidence-based care with warm emotional attunement that is responsive to each family’s unique ecosystem. Maternal recovery and helping families confidently care for their child is my priority.
I lovingly acknowledge all birth, postpartum and breastfeeding experiences from joyful, to tender, to complex.
